What is ZikrPulse?

It is a dhikr/tasbih companion app focused on habit building and providing a calm, focused experience for your daily remembrance.

Is ZikrPulse free to use?

Yes, all core dhikr features are free. VIP is an optional upgrade for cosmetic bonuses and to support development.

What does the VIP upgrade include?

VIP includes a 2x dhikr multiplier in certain modes, exclusive skins/backgrounds, early access to new features, and priority support.

Does ZikrPulse show ads?

No. The app is completely ad-free. We believe your dhikr time should be distraction-free.

Do I need an internet connection?

Most features work offline. Internet is only needed for initial download, updates, and restoring in-app purchases.

How do I restore my VIP purchase?

Open ZikrPulse, go to Shop / Upgrades, and tap “Restore Purchases”. Ensure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used to purchase.

Which devices are supported?

ZikrPulse supports iPhone devices running iOS 15 or later.

How can I reset my progress?

You can clear local data within the app settings. Please note: this action cannot be undone.

Is my data shared with anyone?

No personal data is collected or sold. We only use anonymous transaction receipts (via Apple/RevenueCat) to validate purchases.

Troubleshooting

The app feels slow or unresponsive. Try fully closing (swiping up) and reopening the app. If that fails, restart your device and check for updates in the App Store.
My VIP or gems are not showing after purchase. Check your internet connection, then go to Upgrades and tap Restore Purchases. Confirm you are using the correct Apple ID.
Notifications are not appearing. Go to iOS Settings → Notifications → ZikrPulse and ensure Allow Notifications is on. Check that a Focus mode isn't silencing them.
The dhikr button is not responding. Ensure no screen protectors or cases are blocking touch input. Restarting the app usually resolves this.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

ZikrPulse does not collect, store, or transmit personal identifiers such as your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or precise location data. We do not require you to create an account to use the App.

2. Local Data Storage

All your activity within the App—including dhikr counts, streaks, experience points (XP), unlocked themes, and settings—is stored locally on your device. This data is not automatically synced to any external server maintained by us.

3. In-App Purchases & Third-Party Services

ZikrPulse uses Apple’s StoreKit API to process payments. We do not have access to your credit card information or billing details.

We use RevenueCat to manage purchase infrastructure and validate subscriptions/upgrades. RevenueCat may process anonymous App User IDs and purchase receipts to ensure you receive the content you paid for. This data is not linked to your personal identity.

4. Analytics

The App does not use third-party behavioral tracking or advertising SDKs. Use of the App remains private to your device.

5. Children’s Privacy

ZikrPulse is designed for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new policy.
